About Mike Lancioni
Environmental Executive, Board Leader & Strategic Advisor
Mike Lancioni is a seasoned environmental executive, board leader, and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience building, scaling, and leading consulting and professional services organizations across the United States. He has held senior leadership roles at nationally recognized firms, focused on expanding capabilities, geographic reach, and driving strategic growth.
Mike served as President of the Science & Environment Division at Cardno (JFNew), where he led a multi-office, multi-service platform spanning natural resources, restoration, and environmental consulting. Over more than two decades, he oversaw large-scale operations, guided national growth strategy, and played a key role in building and integrating teams and service lines across the organization.
Across his career, Mike has developed a reputation for aligning strategy with execution—driving measurable growth, improving operational performance, and building high-performing teams. He has been deeply engaged in complex environmental and infrastructure projects, with particular expertise in ecosystem restoration, permitting, and large-scale linear development. His work has contributed to advancing restoration efforts across the Great Lakes region and integrating ecological best practices into infrastructure projects.
In addition to his executive experience, Mike has served in elected and nonprofit leadership roles, including as a Town Council member in Michiana Shores, Indiana, a board member of the Dunes Learning Center, and President of the Indiana University Delta Upsilon Alumni Association.
Mike holds a degree from the Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and remains actively engaged with the university community.
